Point on vector relative to a horizontal axis allows you to create a new point relative to an already existing geometrical point, at a certain angle relative to the horizontal axis and at a given distance.
 To build the point, define the following parameters:

• the reference point;
• the angle relative to the horizontal axis;
• the distance from the reference point to the new point.
