Create a new point at a certain percentage

This function is useful when you want that the inserted point, to be placed always at the same percentage value on all the sizes in the moment in which the section is resized. For example, if you place a point at 50 % on the section, in case if you resize the section and change its dimensions, the point will remain always at 50 %.

To create a new point at a certain percentage on a piece, click on Create a new point at a certain percentage.

When entering in the function the below window is displayed:

Complete the function steps :

Step 1 – Select first point;
Step 2 – Select second point;
Step 3 – Select direction. Indicate the section between the first and second selected point, where you want to add the point.
Step 4 – Add percentage.

Which is containing the parameters:

Section length – is displayed the dimension of the selected section.

Invert end – you can invert the places of the first selected point with the last selected point if you check this option. In the working area, the first selected point and second selected point have displayed the numbers 1 and 2.
