The piece’s linked characteristics can be disabled.
To disable the linked characteristic of one piece, enter the Piece mode and select the Break link connection function from the specific toolbar, then follow the steps in the Activity zone.
Once the Validate button is clicked on,  or the Enter key is pressed, the selected piece will become a regular piece and will lose any linked property or reference.
