The Align function is used to align, distribute or arrange pieces. If the Align pieces option is checked, you can arrange the previously selected pieces either vertically, horizontally or in both directions.
Depending on your choice, the pieces will be aligned considering the center or the left or right, top or bottom edge of the individual bounding box of each piece.
If the Distribute pieces option is checked, the extremity pieces included in the selection bounding box will remain in the same position and, depending on the user’s choice, the rest of the selected pieces will be arranged on the working area, with an equal distance between them.
If you choose the Arrange pieces on the cut line option, the previously selected pieces will be placed in the middle of the working area without overlapping and with an equal distance between their individual bounding boxes.
If you choose the Arrange pieces on the cut line option, the previously selected pieces will be placed in the middle of the working area without overlapping and with an equal distance between their individual bounding boxes.
Note! When aligning pieces by using the Align function, you need to consider only the piece contour on the base size, as designed, without external elements (ex. technical points outside the piece, ghost, etc.).
