Dimension properties table

The Dimensional Properties window can be found on the specific bar of the Grading working mode. The window displays a default set of dimensions corresponding to the type of avatar set in the model (the setting of the avatar in the model is done from Settings – Model). The default dimensions are body dimensions and can be used in creating the geometric layer or creating alteration rules for the product.

Hiding a dimension in the Dimension Properties window will change the state of the eye-icon from the settings that indicate the state of the dimension in the table (displayed or hidden). If a dimension is hidden from the table it cannot be used to create the geometric layer or to alter the product. To redisplay a size in the table, it is necessary to activate the eye-icon in Settings – Model, corresponding to the hidden size.

The avatar dimensions are displayed with a specific icon (a red or orange man icon) which will indicate their status: red – active (size can be edited and exists in settings) or orange – inactive (size cannot be edited and is not present in settings).

The default avatar sizes can be edited by clicking on the edit corresponding to the value in each column. When you click edit, the window also displays the range (minimum and maximum) that a dimension can have.

Dimensions that are not dependent on the avatar are represented by a product-icon type.

The default size list consists of a set of dimensions taken from the ISO standard.

Each dimension contains:

– Standard size name that cannot be edited;

– Alias name that can be changed by the user;

– Acronym that can be modified by the user;

– Information about the standard from which the dimension was taken;

– The default value of the size and the minimum and maximum range that the size can have;

– A link showing how the size was taken;

– A button that sets the size visibility in the Dimensions properties table from the Grading mode;

– Two size adjustment options:

editable – the size can be edited in the Dimensions properties table and is independent of the other dimensions;

automatically – the size cannot be edited and is dependent on the neighboring editable dimensions.

After having added the dimension, a new column is added, containing the Bespoke size and the other types of sizes: Grade, Drop, Spec and Extra.
