The Match corners function allows you to automatically perfectly match the seam allowance between two corners on two different patterns, this being very useful in the sewing process.
Using this function, the matching between two corners can be done by applying two different corner types, one for each of the corners, the adjustment parameters of the corners type being automatically calculated accordingly. These two corner types are Next/Previous perpendicular with adjustment. See the Corner type.
To apply the function, follow the steps described in the Activity Zone, Function Steps panel:

• Step 1: Select the reference corner – allows you to select one of the two corners from the patterns that will be matched. When the corner is selected, the main point is marked with a specific graphical element.
• Step 2: Select the segment for the reference corner – allows you to select the next or the previous seam line of the selected corner, representing the reference for the next corner with which this corner will be matched. If you select the next seam line, the Next perpendicular with adjustment corner type will be applied in the first corner, selected at the level of Step 1. If you select the previous seam line, the Previous perpendicular with adjustment corner type will be applied in the first corner, selected at the level of Step 1.
• Step 3: Select the corner to be matched – allows you to select a corner from another pattern, that will be matched with the corner selected at the level of Step 1.
• Step 4: Select the segment for the matched corner – allows you to select the next or the previous seam line of the selected corner from Step 3, representing the seam line that will be matched with the selected seam line from Step 2. If you select the next seam line, in the selected corner of Step 3 will be applied the Next perpendicular with adjustment corner type. If you select the previous seam line, in the selected corner of Step 3, the Previous perpendicular with adjustment corner type will be applied.

Note! The Distance adjustment for each of these two corners has the same value and is calculated according to a minimal deviation of the seam allowance, that these corner types allow.
