In order to do that, complete these steps:

• Step 1 – Create the first point;
• Step 2 – Create width

Set the ellipse’s width either by entering a certain value in the Width field, or freely, by clicking inside the working space. When clicking inside the working space, also set the ellipse’s direction.

• Step 3 – Create height
  Set the ellipse’s height either by entering a certain value in the Height field or by clicking inside the working space.
• Step 4 – Reshape ellipse by 3 points
  You can reshape the ellipse created up to this step by entering other values in the Width and Height fields.

To complete the creation of the ellipse, click on Validate, or press Enter.
